Labor discrimination based on gender and age in Colombia

Abstract

This book derives from an investigation framed in the line of Gender, territory and multiculturalism, of the Law Programs of the National Research Directorate of the Cooperative University of Colombia, Campus Santa Marta, developed through the UCCIDERGRUP research group, codified by COLCIENCIAS under the code COL0094664, labor discrimination for reasons of gender and age in Colombia was analyzed, in an attempt to contribute knowledge to the increase of the national scientific field, providing clarity precisely, based on the theories, as well as the regulations consulted
